Rachel + David

They were married at L'Auberge de Sedona on July 24th.

Their beautiful creekside ceremony was performed by Anthony Flesch of Weddings in Sedona.

Bliss Extraordinary Floral created the gorgeous arrangements.

Rachel moved from Australia to be with her husband David in Arizona. Her daughter and mother traveled here for the wedding.

And my favorites ... the romantic portraits.

Their eyes totally sparkled.

David liked to call Rachel his beautiful hippie and he laughed at her bare feet. She did wear shoes for the ceremony and reception but I'm sure she would have preferred not to :) Congratulations and best of luck!

Sue + Steve

They were married on July 12th at Los Abrigados Resort in Sedona.

Sue was surrounded by friends and family as she was dressed for her wedding. A few of the girls were treated to Liz Margin with a gorgeous job on make-up.

Sue is accompanied to her wedding ceremony by her brother. It was raining a touch but you couldn't tell by her smile.

Steve's first glimpse of Sue coming down the aisle. Ron took this fabulous photo. I love how Steve's mom is beaming in the foreground!

Their creekside ceremony was performed by Sue's good friend.

Yeah, they're married!

Sue with her bridal party. Her twin sister is on her right side.

The adorable flower girls.

After their ceremony, we had permission to make a few portraits at the El Prado gallery at Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village in Sedona. Their sculpture garden is amazing.

This photo is so Steve. He is super funny and fun to be around. Sue & Steve make a great couple. Ron & I were really lucky to get to know them at their engagement photo session in the spring at Red Rock Crossing. A lot of couples we don't actually meet until we show up to photograph their wedding. So this was a real treat because we felt like we were photographing friends.

One of my favorite locations at Tlaquepaque... ahhhh the romance.

Steve's mom checking out Steve's wedding ring. I met Steve's mom while she and Sue were in Sedona planning the wedding. I was really moved by how supportive and excited she was for her son to marry Sue.

The cake cutting was a little surprising. I wonder if everyone expected Steve to be silly with the cake but it was actually Sue who started it (and got most of it.) She was a great sport though and didn't let cake in her hair or ears or everywhere spoil her beautiful reception. Their beautiful cake was created by Sedona Sweet Arts.

Ron took this great photo of the reaction to the cake cutting.
